On November 21 the XVII annual awards ceremony for the winners of the International festival-competition “Choice of the year № 1 in Kazakhstan” of 2016 was held in Almaty. National leaders in business, arts, medicine and sports received their deserved awards. The winners were judged by an independent and impartial jury based on the results of a sociological survey of citizens and the vote of professional experts. According to the conclusion of the High Jury, “№1 Energy Company of Kazakhstan in 2016” Business Grand Prix was awarded to Kazakhstan Utility Systems holding company.

During the ceremony, the Head of KUS Group Nabi Aitzhanov noted that such a high reward and recognition of KUS leadership on energy market of the country is primarily an expression of consumers’ confidence and an assessment of performance of all 11,000 staff of the Group. Nabi Aitzhanov said that the policy priority of KUS is a unity and trust-based relations with its customers.
