On the eve of the heating season, 29 September 2016, Community Council of the Regional Center hold a meeting in Karaganda, to which representatives of “Karagandy Su”, “Karagandy Zharyk”, "Karaganda Energocenter" companies and other utilities were invited. The main topic of the dialogue of social activists and utility providers was certainly concerning the question of getting ready for winter. This year the heating season in Karaganda starts on 1 October.

After the report of the first leaders of the above mentioned companies, social activists came to conclusion that the Karaganda Regional Center is ready for the heating season.

In particular, the general director of “Karaganda Energocenter” LLP Madi Abishev told the audience about a successful and timely completion of the reconstruction and maintenance of power facilities.
CHPP-3 will work with an installed load of 520 MW. Almost the same picture is at CHPP-1. According to Madi Abishev, the volume of fuel is enough and is in a necessary quantity. “Karaganda Energocenter” engineers emphasized that commissioning of the new power unit will provide reliable and high-quality work of station in winter.

Community Council members expressed their satisfaction with the successful conversion and current activity of energy enterprises in Karaganda.
