Borshanov Aibek Baltabekovich was born on June 20, 1986 in Karaganda. He has two higher educations. In 2008, he successfully graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in Standardization, Metrology and Certification. In 2010, he graduated from Karaganda State University with a degree in Economics. In addition, in 2018, he graduated from the master’s program at Karaganda State University and is a Master of Law and economics.

Has 15 years of experience in the energy industry.

He began his career in 2008 as an analytical engineer at Karagandy Zharyk LLP.

In 2009, Aibek Borshanov was appointed Acting Head of the Sales Department of Karagandy Zharyk LLP.

In 2011-2014, Aibek Baltabekovich was the head of the Technical Control Service and Analysis of Electricity Distribution of Karagandy Zharyk LLP.

In 2015-2016, he consistently worked as Deputy Director of the Electricity Distribution Department, Deputy Director of the Department for Prospective Development of Karagandy Zharyk LLP.

In 2016-2017, Aibek Borshanov was Deputy General Sales Director of Karaganda Su LLP.

In 2017, Aibek Baltabekovich was appointed director of Karagandy ZhyluSbyt LLP.

In 2019-2020 – General Director of Karagandy Su LLP.

In 2020-2021, Aibek Borshanov worked as commercial director of Ontustik Zharyk Transit LLP.

In 2022-2023 – Deputy Sales Director of Kazakhstan Utility Systems LLP.

In November 2023, Aibek Baltabekovich was appointed Sales Director of Kazakhstan Utility Systems LLP. Aibek Borshanov supervises energy sales issues throughout the KUS Group, development and implementation of sales policy, long-term planning, and takes direct part in the implementation of investment projects of the Kazakhstan Utility Systems Group.

Aibek Baltabekovich has the titles “Honored Power Engineer of the Kazakhstan Electric Power Association”, “Honorary Power Engineer of the Kazakhstan Electric Power Association”, has the medal “100 Years of State Commission for Electrification of Russia”, was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Electric Power Council of the CIS, a Letter of Gratitude from the Akim of the Karaganda Region, a Letter of Gratitude from the Akim of the Shymkent city.
