Goals, priorities and responsibilities of the company
The objectives of KUS LLP are to increase the value of the Company, to maintain profitability and stability of the business, to provide shareholders with return on invested capital by increasing the value of assets.
To achieve these goals, the Company is constantly working on the development and optimization of business processes, including cost reduction, growth of efficiency of operations, improvement of the quality of products and services provided, application of new progressive technologies.
Kazakhstan Utility Systems LLP considers quality management, labor safety, preservation of life, health, environmental protection as an integral part of its mission as a high-tech, efficient and dynamically developing company of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The main priorities of Kazakhstan Utility Systems LLP, allowing to ensure quality and timely implementation of all projects, are:
1) systematic training and continuous professional development of KUS Group employees, improvement of human resources potential, preservation and multiplication of human capital of KUS LLP;
2) maximum efficient use of available production, financial and human resources of KUS Group to achieve the set goals;
3) client-orientedness of sales companies, ensuring constant feedback with consumers, improvement of service services;
4) strict and strict compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, state legal acts regulating the energy policy, which KUS Group is guided by in its activities;
5) construction of new power grids, expansion of generating and power transmitting capacities, stable growth of production indicators of KUS Group enterprises;
6) modernization of existing energy assets, use of innovative solutions at its production facilities, scientific, innovative approach and optimization of energy costs;
7) constant focus on preserving the ecological balance in the course of operational activities of the organizations of the KUS Group, application of the most progressive, energy efficient and safe, both from the point of view of ecology and occupational safety, technical solutions in the implementation of projects;
8) openness and transparency of all activities of KUS Group, provision of necessary information to consumers, partners, public on the work of KUS LLP, including through media coverage, taking into account the high social significance of the products manufactured and sold by the Group;
9) continuous analysis of all suppliers and contractors of KUS Group, building long-term, mutually beneficial relations with them.
Responsibility

Responsibility to the state - ensuring:
- the ability of the Company's networks and energy assets to meet the growing demand for heat and electricity;
- sufficiency and reproducibility of the resource base, efficient cost management;
- efficient and reasonable use of funds invested in the Company, as well as minimization of investment risks;
- harmonization of the Company's plans and regional development plans in such a way as to meet the prospective energy supply needs of the regions.
Responsibility to shareholders - protection and realization of shareholders' rights and interests through further improvement of the corporate governance system (in terms of increasing asset value) based on modern Kazakhstani and international standards.
Responsibility to consumers - ensuring reliable and quality electricity and heat supply, as well as transparent justification of tariff policy.
Responsibility to the environmental community and future generations - reduction of negative impact on the environment through the introduction of environmentally friendly and safe technologies for generation, transportation of electricity, energy saving, and improvement of the efficiency of the Company's environmental management.
Responsibility to contractors and suppliers - creation of a transparent competitive environment and fulfillment of all obligations imposed on the Company.
Responsibility to personnel, corporate social responsibility - ensuring a stable and competitive salary level, creating decent and safe working conditions, opportunities for professional growth; assistance to socially disadvantaged groups of population.
