On September 2–3, the traditional Spartakiad of Kazakhstan Utility Systems (KUS) took place in Shymkent, bringing together approximately 300 participants from companies across the Group.
The sporting event featured teams representing Kazakhstan Utility Systems, including Kentau Zhylu, Ust-Kamenogorsk CHP, Karaganda Energocenter, Karagandy Zharyk, Mangystau Regional Electricity Network Company (MRENC), and Ontustik Zharyk Tranzit.
Over two days, participants competed in football, volleyball, table tennis, and chess. The Spartakiad served not only as a platform for sporting competition but also as an opportunity to strengthen team spirit, foster collaboration among colleagues, and spend time together in an atmosphere of energy, mutual support, and healthy competition.
Every team demonstrated determination, unity, and true sportsmanship. Supporters enthusiastically cheered on their colleagues, creating a vibrant atmosphere throughout the competitions.
The KUS Spartakiad is more than just a sporting event. It is a tradition that brings employees together, strengthens teamwork, and creates new opportunities for cooperation among the Group's companies.
