The previous day the annual Republican professional competition among power grids operation and maintenance personnel hold in Almaty Region was completed, where the team of Karagandy Zharyk Company has once again proved their skill and professionalism, entered the top three, and won the second place. In May of this year Karaganda Energocenter LLP has planted fifty tree seedlings in the area of the ash dump of Karaganda CHPP-3. These activities are required for power engineers, and they are conducted annually in order to reduce the negative impact of the station. The previous stage included the planting of 300 trees, which were bedded out both at the ash dump of CHPP-1 and along one of the central streets of the city.
