Zhashibayev Anuar Kabdykenovich was born on December 18, 1982 in the city of Almaty. In 2004, he successfully graduated from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP) with a degree in Accounting and Audit.

Anuar Kabdykenovich has 19 years of experience in analytics and management in the financial sector, including in international audit organizations and largest domestic companies.

Anuar Zhashibayev began his career in 2004 as an audit specialist at the international auditing and consulting company Ernst & Young, one of the “Big Four” auditing companies. Then he was appointed chief audit specialist of the specified company.

In 2007-2009, Anuar Kabdykenovich was the chief audit specialist, then the audit manager of the international network of Deloitte companies, one of the “Big Four” audit companies.

In 2009, Anuar Zhashibaev was appointed to the senior position of financial director of JSC IC "Allianz Kazakhstan", operating in the Kazakh insurance market.

In 2011-2013 - Deputy General Director for Finance of Vostokmashzavod LLP, involved in the country's metallurgical industry.

In 2013-2016, Anuar Kabdykenovich worked as Deputy General Director for Finance of Ontustik Halal Tagamdary LLP, which operates in the agricultural sector of the republic.

In 2016-2017, Anuar Zhashibayev worked in the quasi-public sector as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC, which is a national development institution implementing government programs to support small and medium-sized businesses in the country.

In 2018-2019, he was the financial director of New Business Technology LLP, focused on the development of high-tech communication services.

In 2019-2021, Anuar Kabdykenovich worked as the financial director of Qyzylsha LLP, operating in the agricultural sector of the republic.

From 2022 to July 2023 – financial director of KazSino Terminal LLP, involved in the transport and logistics sector.

In August-September 2023, Anuar Zhashibayev was Deputy Financial Director of Kazakhstan Utility Systems LLP.

On September 28, 2023, Anuar Kabdykenovich was appointed to the position of financial director of Kazakhstan Utility Systems LLP.
