Long-term Development Director of Kazakhstan Utility Systems LLP
Daulet Ilyasovich Ospanov, born on July 18, 1982, in Shymkent, South Kazakhstan region, has a strong academic and professional background. He earned a bachelor's degree in 2003 and a master's degree in 2005 from the Faculty of Economics at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Ospanov began his career in 2003 at the Moscow office of Ernst & Young CIS. In 2007, he became the Deputy Chairman of the Board at JSC Ordabasy Corporation, and in 2011, he took on the role of Director of Development at Kazakhstan Utility Systems LLP.
Since 2023, he has been serving as the Director for Long-term Development at Kazakhstan Utility Systems LLP, where he is involved in implementing investment projects within the Kazakhstan Utility Systems Group.
